* Full System service without any subscriptions (one off) priced at £165 inc. VAT constitutes:

  1. Checking each device and ensuring that it works properly
  2. Checking the connections to each device
  3. Cleaning the devices of dust and residue.
  4. Checking the wiring to ensure it is intact and undamaged.
  5. Testing the Control Panel in case of an alarm
  6. Testing the DVR in case of CCTV
  7. Testing the disk on the DVR
  8. Testing the backup system of the DVR
  9. Ensuring that the recording works and is stored properly
  10. Ensuring that the system is online and online monitoring works
  11. Testing the system to ensure it is fully functional. (In case of alarm test arm/disarm/trigger)
  12. Ensure that the system works on mobile devices.

– Damaged items will be replaced at the full price of the item plus any labour incurred at £20 per hour.
– Call out charge covers diagnosis, including 1 hour labour and £20+VAT per hour after that.

          No. We believe in transparent pricing. The monthly fee for your chosen package covers all the services listed. Any potential additional costs, such as for new hardware or one-off projects, will always be discussed and approved by you beforehand.
          Is remote support included in all packages?
          Yes, unlimited remote support is a core feature of all our packages. Our team can securely resolve most issues directly through a remote connection to your devices, ensuring a fast resolution.
          Do you offer on-site IT support if needed?
          Absolutely. While many issues are resolved remotely, we understand that some situations require a physical presence. On-site visits are included in our Proactive and Comprehensive packages, subject to fair usage terms. They are available as an add-on for our Essential package.
          Is there a minimum contract term?
          Yes, to ensure we can deliver the best proactive service, our standard packages require a 12-month agreement. This allows us to fully integrate with your business and implement long-term stability improvements. We also offer flexible terms for specific needs.
