- Checking each device and ensuring that it works properly
- Checking the connections to each device
- Cleaning the devices of dust and residue.
- Checking the wiring to ensure it is intact and undamaged.
- Testing the Control Panel in case of an alarm
- Testing the DVR in case of CCTV
- Testing the disk on the DVR
- Testing the backup system of the DVR
- Ensuring that the recording works and is stored properly
- Ensuring that the system is online and online monitoring works
- Testing the system to ensure it is fully functional. (In case of alarm test arm/disarm/trigger)
- Ensure that the system works on mobile devices.
– Damaged items will be replaced at the full price of the item plus any labour incurred at £20 per hour.
– Call out charge covers diagnosis, including 1 hour labour and £20+VAT per hour after that.
